- Seat may be removed to
perform ground based
exercises and many
closed chained or even
plyometric exercises.
All  of our equipment is constructed of strong
1/8” carbon steel. Designed for the serious
bodybuilder as well as rehabilitation.
The chest Plate is two
inch padded dense foam,
secured by marine vinyl,
covered with a non-slip
netting.
- Instructions displayed on
the back of the chest plate
for each exercise.
- Uses standard iron plates,
up to 750 lbs.
This Self-Spotting mechanism
resets the resistance to its
starting position, simply by
stepping on its foot pedal
located on its base. Spotter is
spring loaded to disengage.
- This pin presets the range
of motion for upper and lower
body modes, but more
importantly it eliminates the
resistance from a free fall.
Most sports and industrial activities are performed with an open hand.  Ironically most of the exercise
equipment in gyms and weight rooms all require the grasping of some bar in a fixed position. This
disposition creates much room for improvement in regards to expected performance.

Strength training may now be performed with an open hand, allowing the exerciser to replicate
various movements in their sport safely with bio-mechanically correct  movements.

The Thrust Away closes the gap between the strength gained with weight training and the tasks
needed to be done at play.

With the Thrust Away seat removed, it
converts to perform ground based
exercises with variable ranges of motion.
Thrust Away Plyometrics maximizes the
exercisers endurance and strength similar to a
medicine ball, but is plate loaded and safer.
